Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Given the delicate nature of our luxury products, all items must be returned in pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Apparel and accessories must have all original tags attached and show no signs of creasing, wear, or fragrance.

Hardware must be free of scratches and returned in their original presentation boxes.

RUMI reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet these strict condition standards.

3. Return Process and Shipping Costs

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the website contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

International Returns: International customers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any return customs duties or taxes incurred when the item re-enters Pakistan.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs and any international customs duties are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, RUMI will bear all costs associated with the return and replacement, including international shipping where applicable.
